3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and other methods shown at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver to countries within Europe only.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery within Germany usually takes 1–3 business days; deliveries to other European countries may take 3–7 business days depending on the destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Orders over €45 within Germany qualify for free shipping.

5. No Right of Withdrawal for Perishable Goods
Please note: Our products are food items and perishable. Therefore, returns are not accepted, and the right of withdrawal under consumer law does not apply (§ 312g (2) No. 2 BGB).

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will do our best to resolve the problem.

 

7. Liability
We are not liable for slight negligence unless it concerns essential duties. Liability is limited to the foreseeable amount typical for this type of contract.

 

8. Governing Law
All purchases are governed by German law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
